Because it is a very Muslim country, Egypt will not be an easy place to meet a ladyboy/shemale. I am sure they are not approved of and any activity may be illegal. I can't advise you how or where to look in Egypt. I can only suggest that you travel to a place like Thailand or the Philippines where you would have no trouble meeting someone to introduce you to the pleasures of ladyboys.
