President Bill Clinton. Quotes ran like this; ...President Clinton was... President Georges H. W. Bush. Quotes ran like this; ...President Bush recently... BUT... President Barack Obama. Quotes ran like this; ...Today Barak Obama is... Why isn't it PRESIDENT Obama? Is it because of his non-cocasian status? JohnDowe.
