I've never tried them on the giving or receiving end. Katieayanami makes a good suggestion with the dildo, though. I'm sure it's not the exact same thing, but you could try it with and without to see what the difference is. It might be a good approximation.

I don't think it would have a great affect on the prostate, but it would feel great regardless.
