Hi Nikos,
I don`t think that the risk is lower when drinking a pornstars cum except you have a blood result which is not older than a few days and says that she is healthy. In this case you can be relatively secure.
When having bare sex a pornstar has the same risk to be infected as anyone else. And we know that several pornstars died of STD`s.
