Okay, here's the deal. Approx 1 in 5 sexually active adults has a (or more) STD. That means you have better odds playing Russian roulette. Theoretically the risks of oral sex are less than with receptive anal sex. The mechanics of taking a cock in your ass increase the likelihood of tearing the mucous membranes in your rectum which can enable bacteria that causes STD's and the the HIV virus from entering your system.
