feel wrong after masturbation
hey guys, so generally I find shemales really attractive and love to watch shemale porn. I fantasize about shemales, too. But, after I masturbate to shemale porn, I always feel disgusted and wrong for an hour or so... before I go back to liking shemales again.
So, I wasn't sure if I was actually attracted to shemales or if it was just a porn-escalation thing, so I didn't watch porn or masturbate for 3 weeks. I found my desires for shemales (and females too) were just as strong after 3 weeks... so I guess it's innate? But if so, why do I feel bad afterwards? What I would like help with is to know your experiences with this. I don't want to feel like I'm doing something wrong after masturbating to shemales so why do I? |

Honesty I really wouldn't worry about it. All it means is that your sex drive goes down after you masturbate. I get like that myself and believe me were is nothing wrong.
I hope you found this helpful. <3 |

I'm impressed that you could go for 3 weeks! Seriously, there is nothing wrong with masturbation. It is an entirely normal sexual activity. The "taboos" against it date back to pre-Victorian times and were heavily influenced by religious doctrine. This has all long since been discredited.

I think there is more to it than just sexual de-escalation. I think that can be part of it. For instance, I LOVE the idea of drinking my cum from a champagne fluke. The problem is, once I've shot off, I immediately lose the desire. That's where I need a dominate person to step in and force me-- this dominate act makes the swallowing erotic again.
But beyond that, I've had very complex issues with sex. Sometimes after an orgasm, I feel really fucked up. Like not heavenly fucked up with bliss. But very sad and dirty. I've even contemplated suicide after sex (though in fairness, suicide is a fairly recurrent thought in my mental repertoire). Almost always, I feel very negative if I have anything resembling "normal" penetrative sex where I am using my penis in its designed fashion. I need to be a perpetual bottom. But even then I feel bad sometimes-- but then again, I LIKE feeling bad. I get off on being humiliated and degraded and called all sorts of names. So is that the desired result? I don't know. I DO know that it's fairly complex, and if it is really bothersome to you, you might talk to a therapist or something. I know in my mind, there is some degree of shame and guilt for being of queer/deviant sexuality. Even though I intuitively know it's not wrong, it's the baggage of my upbringing. |

It's most likely guilt to be honest. After all, 'nice', 'normal' people don't masturbate at all - and certainly not over TS porn - or at least they don't admit to it And what if your family found out? Or your friends? Or...
Of course, it's nothing to be ashamed of. People like all sort of sexy stuff. If you knew what they were getting off over then you would most likely be even more surprised. Oh, and as for 'porn-escalation' don't be concerned about that either as, as far as I can gather, it doesn't exist. I quote: Quote:

for being able to abstain for three weeks!
Is your feeling of disgust due to the fact that you prefer to masturbate rather than have "normal" sex OR because you use tgirls as masturbation aids? Identifying the real reason for your -ve feeling is pretty important if you hope to have a totally pleasurable experience. My early experience with masturbating & (later) masturbating with tgirls was the same - feeling guilty, ashamed, etc. but now it doesn't bother me at all. So just keep at it. Do it again & again & again & .... Eventually your -ve feelings will disappear & you'll experience only happy times. |

I've also felt bad after masturbation, but I've never felt disgusted about shemale porn. I think my issue revolves around the realization that at the end of it I'm still single, and what I truly crave is mutual satisfaction with the context of a relationship so I have also tried to abstain from masturbation in general. Do you feel lonely after you're done? |

Welcome samantha69ding. Thanks for the insightful input. Aside from PCT I believe it is possible there is another component to this issue though, as the user indicated they felt disgusted after viewing *shemale* porn specifically. Which leads me to believe it is mostly a psychological issue rather than a physiological one. |

But the OP had also said "after I masturbate to shemale porn, I always feel disgusted and wrong for an hour or so..." so I'm in agreement with Omni, there is something else at work. Speaking entirely from my own experiences, one of the most intense orgasms I've ever had was from masturbating over a picture of Carla Renata in a bathtub a few years ago. I think she’s incredibly beautiful and sexy anyway but there was just something about the way she looked in this particular picture. I did not feel depressed or disgusted afterward. Quite the contrary, it was amazing and very relaxing. Also I’ve never considered masturbation a “substitute” for sex with another person. That experience is truly awesome in its own way and the intimacy of sex cannot be duplicated when one goes “solo.” Personally, I believe masturbation is an acceptable means of sexual release and a way to experiment with what you like and don’t like. Fantasy often plays a role and allows us to explore feelings we might be reluctant to share with a partner. If anyone reading this has ever felt something similar to what the OP has described, I hope that you will be able to overcome your guilt and especially your “disgust.” As I said in an earlier post, much of the “anti-masturbation” movement started in the 18th and 19th centuries and continues today although on a lesser scale. The “guilt” associated with it seems to derive from Church doctrine. A search of the Internet will find that many horrible punishments and cruel devices were invented to “cure” young people (both male and female) of this “unspeakable vice.” I think most health professionals today would agree that this “knowledge” has long since been discredited. On a lighter note, here is an illustration from "The Fatal Consequences of Masturbation" which was published in 1844!

Omni, a9127 - you are both right. It is one of the many contributing factors.

This is normal, I've been masturbating since I was 13 and I've learnt to ignore it completely.
I think there is a change in ceratonin levels in the brain and they take a while to re-adjust after orgasm. Just play a game, reshare pictures on G+ or something else! |
