Sadly, I think a couple of these girls have gone the silicone route. It's personal choice, but maybe a few would reconsider if they realised some guys actually love the natural look.

Thanks to all who posted pics on this thread. I find this look to be extremely sexy. I don't know why but I've always been attracted to androgynous gender bender types, to the boy who is half girl or the girl who is half boy.
