Having Trouble wid rep pts
You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to (member name) again.
After spendin so much time on the forum i thought i knew all that is to know about this forum..... but soon i was proved to be wrong wid the above mentioned error messages... Please help if any1 is familiar with them.

I would guess this policy would be to prevent a mutual admiration pact, that is two members just giving each other points to inflate their rep point count.
