Well I obviously like athletic women. This is Lindsey Vonn.
(The last time I went skiing was when I was a little kid in Michigan. Been a long time. Maybe she could give me some lessons... ) Last edited by a9127; 09-22-2019 at 04:11 AM. |

Here's a few more... Enjoy!
Some kind of 60's talk show. "Damn, I can't get 'Sex and The City' on this thing..." The person who posted this said they thought it was the sexiest pic of Batgirl they had seen. I tend to agree... From a modeling shoot in 1960. "...or are you just happy to see me?" Millions of kids born in the 50's, 60's, 70's, and yes, even the 80's learned about bondage because of this show... Jen Ledger.
Beautiful, talented, and another musician who seems really down to earth. Jen was born in 1989 in Coventry, United Kingdom. Like Paramore, Skillet is also from Tennessee. Maybe I should just move there... (Thinking about taking up music again. Maybe I could sign up for drum lessons with her? I promise I would be a good student... Those are awesome and very expensive drums she's playing: Pearl Masterworks and DW. When I was 16 I checked out a DW double bass kit. Bought a Corvette instead... ) Last edited by a9127; 09-22-2019 at 04:12 AM. |

My wife (jokingly I’m sure) remarked that I “Had enough for an entire band now.” When I said “Maybe I could manage them?” she didn’t think it was so funny. I’m sleeping in the garage again…
It was -2 F here the other night. Brrrr… Last edited by a9127; 09-22-2019 at 04:12 AM. |

Kelly Clarkson
This is my wife’s favorite singer. I’m hardly a “musical expert” but it’s possible that Kelly has the greatest voice ever. Especially for modern music. Not surprised that she won the first “American Idol.” Wonder who’d she lose to? Hayley? One of the opera singers in this thread? Judy Garland? Rosemary Clooney? Aretha Franklin? Kelly is incredibly beautiful as these pictures prove. She has also always stayed classy. Something hard to do in today’s pop music scene. (We are a few months apart in age. Guess I missed my chance… WHY did I marry my “ex”? Why? ) Last edited by a9127; 09-22-2019 at 04:13 AM. |

Of course Hayley's still #1. There are SO many beautiful pictures of her as she is now but I said that this time I would go “totally orange."
This is the cutest picture of anyone I’ve ever seen. Period. End of discussion. “OK I’ll sing ‘Misery Business’ once more just for you Andy…” My wife says they’d have to ‘call security’ cause this ‘big kid’ keeps climbing on stage… Seriously, I was very well behaved when Paramore was here last summer. From the “Riot” era 2007. One of my favorite pictures of Hayley. Wonder what she’s singing? “Crushcrushcrush” maybe? So I lied about going “totally orange.” This is from “Brick by Boring Brick” off “Brand New Eyes.” And of course, a picture of my “future mother-in-law.” Yeah, I wish, maybe in another life? Sigh… (Next time I'll post some recent pictures--and more music from "After Laughter.") Last edited by a9127; 09-20-2019 at 11:37 PM. |

Great pics! Hayley and Tyra are beautiful
Renee Reyes is also very beautiful. I'd posted pictures of her in the CD and "Dressed Shemales"thread but never felt she truly fit either description. (I 've come to dislike the word shemale) She's a gorgeous woman in her own right, a true diva fashionista, and so belongs in this thread! |

I have been very sick so haven't been doing much of anything. My doctor said it's the "flu that the shot didn't catch." Indianapolis schools and universities have been hit hard. A couple have cancelled classes. This is the first day I've started to feel better. (I think originally the term "Diva" was intended to describe a female opera singer of extreme talent and popularity. I don't believe it was meant to be "derogatory" although I could be wrong. The term many people use in a negative manner is "prima donna." That has commonly been applied to anyone who acts entitled or in an otherwise negative manner. I've seen it used in sports quite frequently. "So what if he was the league MVP and just signed a contract for $300 million. He's still a prima donna." ) |

[QUOTE=a9127;273802]I enjoy your posts. Especially some of the opera singers. I had no idea... It's too bad they don't get more "mainstream" recognition both for their beauty and talent.
Glad you’re feeling better Andy! And it’s so cool that someone else appreciates beautiful opera singers! There is just something special about them I think. They have an aura of sophisticated glamour that really turns me on! Here’s another opera diva I really like- Danielle De Neiss PS- Nice post with Debbie Harry! |

Sissy Spacek in “Carrie” This could be posted in several places. I’ve decided to post it here because of the fact she has been nominated six times for an Academy Award and won in 1981 for “Coal Miner’s Daughter.” Using our definition of “Diva” she is both gorgeous and talented so she most definitely belongs here.
The movie itself is very disturbing yet awesome. Her mother is totally messed up and physically abuses Carrie regularly. It is hard to watch. To say her mother has repressed sexual “issues” would be an understatement. She, not Carrie, is truly the evil one. I’m still not sure if the part at the end where she has an orgasm as she’s being impaled with knives is horrible--or funny. I used to giggle at this scene as a kid. Also for a movie made so long ago the kids are really nasty. I mean really… God, the poor girl! Their treatment of her goes far beyond ordinary “bullying.” Especially the elaborate planning, “setting her up,” and dumping blood on her at the prom. I don’t blame her for burning the goddamn school down. Anyway, seeing the movie recently, I was struck by how beautiful Sissy was. Doing some “research” I found out she was born in 1949 which would make her 27 here. Does she remind you at all of anyone else that I have a "major crush" on? Never saw it before. Her younger daughter would be about the same age. Her oldest daughter is my age. And she can sing too. Many other “names you would know” come up in the cast, John Travolta, Nancy Allen (should have had a major career) and P.J. Soles who I know as “Riff” from “Rock and Roll High School.” I like all of them. Too bad they are such shits here. But so is just about everybody else in the school. Carrie, next time just take me along as your prom date. I would have beaten their asses. Besides I drive a lot cooler car. We’d have a great time, then when we got back to your place you could just tell your mom to fuck herself (…but why do I think she already does?) Of particular note among the cast is Betty Buckley as the gym teacher who befriends Carrie. She is in reality only two years older than Sissy Spacek. Probably best known for her role in “Cats” and the song “Memory” for which she won a Tony Award in 1983. I’ve decided she can be my “personal trainer” any time… Last edited by a9127; 09-22-2019 at 04:26 AM. |

She's really beautiful. Hope you got to see my earlier post on her and her experiences with bullying. Looking forward to seeing "Descendants 3" this summer... As long as they don't cast me as "Mal's Dad."

I never cared for bullies Dove strikes me as a remarkable young woman to achieve such success despite her adversity. That speaks to a strength of character beyond her beauty! Although I may lust after divas and all the other performers we enjoy, I try not to objectify them. Fantasy is one thing but everyone deserves respect and common decency as a human being- unless they have proven not worthy of such respect. |

Of course it's been a while since I posted any of Hayley
These pictures are all from the "After Laughter" era 'till now (it's a good album - go check it out!). She's winking at me of course. When they played Indianapolis last summer (yes, I'm sure of it... ). (Seriously, despite all my joking around on here, my wife is just as big a fan of Hayley and Paramore as I am (otherwise I'd really be a dead man ). She genuinely admires Hayley. They are about the same age. We didn't know each other in 2007 but we can both remember where we were when we first heard "Misery Business" for example. My wife of course knew Paramore from "All We Know Is Falling." Me, I was still listening only to "heavy metal" and "nu-metal" back then.) Last edited by a9127; 09-20-2019 at 11:39 PM. |

Can't fool a 9 year old. My nieces, 9 and 10, were watching repeats of "Liv and Maddie" earlier this evening. I got up from the computer and walked from my office to the kitchen. They giggled when I looked at the TV then started chanting "Andy likes Do-ve... Andy likes Do-ve..."

From 1981. God. Must be from a B/W photoshoot. Couldn't find this pic in color. Why don't I know much about her? Research is required. (The subject was "The 50 most beautiful faces" on Pinterest. Update: She was in "Cat People" a movie I've heard of but never seen. From 1982. Maybe that's why. Anyway she turns into a black panther when she has sex. Sounds like my kind of woman. Will have to find it on Netflix.) Last edited by a9127; 09-22-2019 at 04:28 AM. |
