These are very good questions. I would remind sosed, however, that a transwomen who has an orgasm with her cock is orgasming as a woman. Having an orgasm from anal penetration is not exclusively "female." And further, there are certainly some women here who could answer your questions but who do not have boyfriends. Perhaps they have girlfriends.
