I'm going to follow a trend and something...

Cool pics. Thanks for sharing. In the last one you look like you are ready to go into downtown Detroit (of course I'm sure you have places that are just as bad in Kalifornia).

Resting between sets
When I'm not on my computer or motorcycle, this is what I do to keep in shape. This picture was taken earlier today by a friend. I typically work out 3X a week plus cardio and Karate.
As I approach the big "4.0" it is beginning to pay off!
