as a TS, i know whats the difference from hormones and implants, there is a guy here that hormones are better because it makes US more feminine but u have to have to take that hormones for a lifetime to maintain feminity and to keep your tits growing and that is not good for the health of a TS, there are worse side effect on that like cancer. as a ts, ill go for implants because there is a new implants called the saline implants and that is very safe for US not cancer risk free! hoping to have a nice pair next year. hehe
