i haven't tried it myself, but I am open to it.
Almost anything you do has its inherent risks. You identify what those risks are and do your best to eliminate or reduce them as much as possible.
I certainly would not allow it to happen to me if the person is inexperienced or acknowledgeable about how to do it properly.
