Be so kind and read those previous posts in this thread... It depends on person - Usually, due lacking testosterone, your sex drive may decrease, you may need a lot more stimulation to achieve an erection and an orgasm. If I remember it right, Mandy is one of T-Girls, who has her balls removed, and she said, she doesn' t need any additional testosterone shots for sexual performance
She can get it up, she can get orgasms, but she cannot cum. But I like her anyway
