When younger I could do it pretty predictably (no pun intended). I would have to get really turned on over a long time--usually a good prolonged fantasy, like on a long car trip by myself (no, the car didn't do it with vibration--I've better cars than that, hehe).
I found it was all in my head--the big one on top!
