It depends a little bit where you're going. Bali has a bit of the same "style" as Pattaya though not as massive. Jakarta is nothing like Bangkok in regards to the pro-scene. You can find them turning tricks in a street called Taman Lawang in Menteng, central Jakarta. There are no bars like in Bangkok.
However, try some of the contact-websites before you come. There's one called vicesisters.com which is strictly dealing with escorts.
