Some people have it natural and for those who don't here are some good tips that often work:
-Bring yourself to the point of cumming but then hold it back, then go off for another session and do the same, this builds things up, by the 3rd or 4th time you can choose to release and generally it would be more and with a stronger force (it won't just ooze but see next tip as follow up). One thing though, don't hold back for so long that your no longer erect, as soon as you hold back from cumming, continue again while still aroused and erect.
-second when your about to release, don't just let it out, hold the tip for about 2-3 secs (without letting the cum out) and wank it and then release. It should come out with more force.
