These can be acheived (somewhat) without estrogen, but (I feel) the results tend to look fake, are not soft like fat, but hard like..silicone, and need to be redone every few years as the silicone settles.

Totally agree on the fake part...They do tend to look fake..
But what about you, what happens to you in the process, how do you feel ? Do you enjoy it ? Is it painful to you ??
