To taking estrogen? Boobs that are soft and float in water, hips that are nice and round, a bottom that is perky, slimmer waist. Loss of body hair, general softening of the face, and a calmer disposition.
These can be acheived (somewhat) without estrogen, but (I feel) the results tend to look fake, are not soft like fat, but hard like..silicone, and need to be redone every few years as the silicone settles.
