Well from having a room mate who is both intersexed and a transsexual. I know that natural "hermaphrodites" are extremely rare, and most intersex individuals have either one of the ambiguous genitalia removed or cauterised closed, as in the case of my ex room mate.

And looking at Anastasia's pix. I do believe that she had surgery to produce a neo-vagina out of her scrotum tissue. I can tell because the vaginal opening is located to high up on her taint.

Now would I myself ever consider this surgery. No I would not. I have not issues with my penis, and don't need a vagina because I enjoy anal sex very much.

But do find it interesting that someone would willingly under go this type of surgery.
