I did ask my castrated Asian ladyboy friend what was done with hers after they were taken out. "She" said they were shown to her and she was asked if she wanted them. She said she kept them in a jar of some fluid for a few days and when she was recovered enough she and some other ladyboys cremated them. Weird!
Most balls wind up being kept as mementos or disposed of somehow.
