This morning has been a wonderful one for Transgender Americans and their admirers that seek long term relationships in the old fashioned form of marriage. In the past, a transgendered woman would need to be or become a US Citizen, and also must be post-op to qualify for heterosexual federal marriage benefits. Today's news now means that we can marry pre-op transsexuals in which are located domestic or abroad, with no more worries about US Fiance Visas because of Pre-Op status.
While there will surely be many more hurdles to jump over in the future such as having female identification status for *all* MTF ladyboys in the USA or wish to live here, today has been a huge victory for human rights as a whole.
