I am pre-op, but have been on female hormones for two years, have beautiful womanly breast implants, have had facial feminization surgery, and have a beautiful, feminine woman's face, I have a cute 36-24-34 figure, I am a lady from head to toe (except my male genetalia).
I am considering being castrated and have my testicles removed (which is healthier for a t-lady, because it means I could quit taking anti-androgens and take less estrogen). I might have both my testicles and "ladystick" removed, and be given a beautiful vagina, or I might have just my testicles removed and keep my feminized "ladystick". Or I might keep my male genetalia.
Regardless I am a beautiful, feminine translady.
My handsome man and I have discussed it. He likes both women with vaginas and women with a "ladystick", so I am not sure yet in regards to that.
