Quite possible, but most probable at the beginnings of transition, prior to hormones lowering the sperm count/motility. It's actually an issue for me, as I'm married to a woman that wants to have a baby in the next few years. We are getting together money to bank some sperm for that eventuality.
I guess that brings me to my next point, I'm a transgender MTF who is beginning transitioning. I'm 27, and I live in the Northeast.
