I noticed through my server, however, that transladyboy was listed as a referring address to my website and upon clicking the link saw that my photos and story page were being discussed. That, of course, created personal interest and I joined.

I also immediately wrote to the moderators when I saw that my title was "Transladyboy Lover", which I am definitely NOT! I must say, they very quickly responded and bestowed the preferred title of "TS Woman", so hat's off and skirt's up to their flexibiltiy.

I am pleasantly surprised thus far by the membership, enthusiasm and love for TS. I have often said that without admirers, TS could not exist. So thank you.

Hi Melissa

Nice posting - I do agree that the forum name is a bit misleading in the sense that it indicates something of a slightly different nature than what I think is actually going on here. However, the terms "shemale" and "ladyboy" are primarily disliked by Western transsexuals, who - rightly or wrongly - tie them in with pornography. I live in Asia where transsexual women happily and with no negativity refer to themselves as both. So it's a matter of cultural preference.

That said I also think that on this forum there are two lines of discussion going on and they seem to coexist without any problems. One is about "who has the biggest dick" and the other has a slightly higher purpose (I'm biased :-)

That makes this forum some what unique and combined with its good natured debates a very pleasant place to be.

In all fairness, I know of other transsexual fora, and it is my experience that these fora in general have a nicer tone than what can be experienced on other types of fora even in spite of the fact that we are dealing with an issue that to some is considered controversial. I really appreciate that - it could seem that transsexuals as well as the guys who adore girls like that (to use Mizzy B's term - I never found a better one) in general are fairly nice, open minded folks :-)

What do you think?

Peace!

H

And wonderful picture of you ;-) You are very pretty
