I tend to concentrate on pure meditation and Pranayama. The Orgasm during my first few months of meditation were so powerful that I almost quit, as it seemed to be getting me nowhere, except for an all over body shaking explosion of pleasure.....which is fantastic......but rather like wanting to relax in a bath and finding that you are really at the top of the worlds longest water slide
