no you aren't wrong somewhere it is just a general welcome thread. the name in which it says in the title differs by who is viewing it. eg mine says:
'Welcome, BlueRaven88, and please read forum rules before posting'
it just depends on what your user name is, because that is the name you will see in the thread title
