Welcome to the forum! Interesting post.
I had never heard of PCT but that could explain the phenomenon that sometimes occurs after cumming. I have also heard orgasm referred to as "the little death."
But the OP had also said "after I masturbate to shemale porn, I always feel disgusted and wrong for an hour or so..." so I'm in agreement with Omni, there is something else at work.
Speaking entirely from my own experiences, one of the most intense orgasms I've ever had was from masturbating over a picture of Carla Renata in a bathtub a few years ago. I think she’s incredibly beautiful and sexy anyway but there was just something about the way she looked in this particular picture. I did not feel depressed or disgusted afterward. Quite the contrary, it was amazing and very relaxing.
Also I’ve never considered masturbation a “substitute” for sex with another person. That experience is truly awesome in its own way and the intimacy of sex cannot be duplicated when one goes “solo.” Personally, I believe masturbation is an acceptable means of sexual release and a way to experiment with what you like and don’t like. Fantasy often plays a role and allows us to explore feelings we might be reluctant to share with a partner.
If anyone reading this has ever felt something similar to what the OP has described, I hope that you will be able to overcome your guilt and especially your “disgust.” As I said in an earlier post, much of the “anti-masturbation” movement started in the 18th and 19th centuries and continues today although on a lesser scale. The “guilt” associated with it seems to derive from Church doctrine. A search of the Internet will find that many horrible punishments and cruel devices were invented to “cure” young people (both male and female) of this “unspeakable vice.” I think most health professionals today would agree that this “knowledge” has long since been discredited.
