If that person on the left had not stopped(could have been looking down and not seen the truck coming) when they did, there most likely would have been a fatality. I cannot believe how idiotic that driver was! I don't know what the laws are like over there, so I can only imagine what sort of punishment/jail time the driver could be looking at.
