Scenes of TS women being active are probably closer to gay sex, but not fully. In any case, most TS women (As far as I understand) are straight, just like most Genetic women. So although many will do on camera what they're told, most are not interested in topping men. Whether these TS ladies are pre-op or not doesn't change a thing.
