Yes, just exactly what I said, of course no rule without exeptions, but in general you can say thatīs the situaion in a nutshell.
Or it could be pure ts-girls in Asia or South-Amrica who is forced into prostitution cuz they are to poor to have afford to finance their hormone treatment and final sex operations.
In the West people are more richer or the necessary treatments for a (hormones, plastic surgeys etc) sexchange is coverd by the public health inscurance system (At least in many eauropean countries)
