Default Fran's tips for Christmas cooking
Here are some proven tips for christmas cooking. ( or any other time of year. If you have some that you've learned yourself, then please add them.

1) NEVER fry anything in the nude.
2) be careful about slamming the oven door.( You may catch on something.)
3) sugar frosting is good on pastries and pasties.
