The film you are talking about was floating on the Internet for a while, though it seems to be behind closed doors now. Given Kim's history, I would assume that comes after reversion to male, and probably dates to around 1980.
If you have seen any other film or video of Kim, I'd love to hear about it, 'cos I don't know of any.
