Get a personal enima kit from the local drug store/ chemist. They come with plastic botttles to toss away when you are done. You need to empty the bottles, because they have saline water in them to fight infections (that's why they are made) and replace it with warm tap water (NO SOAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). Insert as directed on the box, hold for 3-5 minutes and empty it in the toilet. To this 2 or three times until the water is clear.
For those in a steady sexual relationship do NOT do this every time. The water will also remove healthy bacteria and you can have serious infections and umm.. a "loose stool". With a normal diet and healthy umm poop schedule, once/twice a week should be good to keep it nice and clean.
