They are "New Halves", the Japanese answer to Thai and Filipino Ladyboys. All those shown have been castrated. In Japan they are referred to as "Balls Out" New Halves and most New Halves I've seen have indeed lost their balls but I've seen only one that has lost everything.
I've heard from my own ladyboy "special friend", herself castrated in her teens and now here in Texas, that the Japanese "Ladies" are controlled by the Yakusa (= to Mafia) and are forced to undergo castration. I hope that's not so but it seems plausible.
