If the testicles are removed, the amount of testosterone in the system is greatly diminished. The same thing can happen due to chemical castration. When a Tgirl is is on a heavy amount of hormone therapy, much of this is already happening. One reason for surgical castration is to reduce the amount of medications required to achieve the desired amount of feminization such as redistribution of body fat. Each person is different. Things such as heredity, and age are important factors in how much change occurs. It is logical fat redistribution is more likely when the body's major source of testosterone is permanently gone, but also keep in mind not everyone taking a heavy dose of hormones is taking the same thing. Remember each medication has its own risks and side effects. There are so many variables involved, one would be giving misinformation if he or she just answered your question with a "yes." There isn't a simple answer to your question. Some of the ladies on this board have developed great looking figures without surgical castration. Can anyone add to what I have stated?
