I hear from a dependable source that there's one in Weslaco, right down the road. "She" sometimes goes to the beach at Port Isabel in a bikini and "passes" easily. "She's even gone topless in a remote spot and received rave reviews...not from the Beach Patrol, I hope.
I'm hoping to meet "her" during a day-after-Christmas visit to a friend's family that lives in Weslaco.
