MerelyPink is right on target picking the two big cities on opposing coasts. That's definitely two key places to start. In the case of New York, you have Manhattan which swells to over 8 million people during the height of the work day. So between that by day and a very active club scene by night, you've got sheer numbers working the odds in your favor. At the same time, Los Angeles is completely rockin' with some of the most gorgeous TS that you'll ever want to find, mostly because out here we have the lure of Hollywood -- not to mention the heart of the freakin' porn industry is based here as well, tucked away in the San Fernando valley. And the LA night club scene, like NYC, will give you plenty of places to hit and meet people for sure.

Violent Lighting is right about noting San Francisco and Miami for sure, again because you have TS-friendly cities with very active night lives.

However, a city that everyone always seems to forget is Las Vegas. You'll find some truly jaw-dropping and astounding TS ladies there, many working as showgirls, convention models, all sorts of occupations. In fact, I'd rank the ladies that I've run into there second only to the Hollywood crew.

And as everyone else has said, good luck and hope you meet someone nice!
