Although as a virus, HIV will be denatured far faster by saliva and stomach acidity that bacteria could survive. Saliva itself binds the virus, while in semen the load depends upon other infections present in the individual.
To summarise the dangers:
You don't normally eat stuff up your butt, so you don't have stuff there to kill stuff coming in - anything coming out shouldn't contain anything not already present in your body. As you get rid of stuff that way you have very permeable membranes there designed to get stuff out of your body - easy for HIV to enter through.
Your penis and vagina have immune cells to protect against STDs. HIV uses these to infect you. (This is why circumcision makes you less susceptible to HIV and more susceptible to every other STD, as it removes part of your immune system; the foreskin.)
Your mouth is designed to kill almost all of the viruses/bacteria you inhale/ingest every minute of every day. And does it very well. Sometimes it doesn't work, and yes, you can get an infection, though it is the least likely one by several orders of magnitude.
We REALLY need a medical FAQ on this board...
*edit* And just better sex education worldwide. I still want the pope up on charges of attempted genocide for telling large numbers of people who don't know any better that "using condoms causes AIDS"
