I first learned of Frank only recently when my young niece and I were looking up "cosplay" characters. She loves Pikachu and I couldn't help but notice this very sexy and beautiful one. Later I did a search of my own and was devastated to learn that Frank committed suicide almost four years ago due to bullying.
