I would think Viagra would help almost anyone achieve an erection. As for increasing libido, or testosterone levels, I’m not a doctor (well not a “medical” one at least) so I’m not sure it has any effect on that. It primarily increases blood flow to the penis. It might make one “more confident” so therefore more aggressive sexually.

After my cancer surgery and treatments three years ago, I lost close to 50 lbs, a lot of my hair, and significant strength. My doctor prescribed testosterone injections. They have worked incredibly well. I have put on a lot of muscular mass, regained my hair, and the effect on my sex drive has been amazing. I also take the “36 hour” Cialis.

Last fall I was talking to one of my (female) students at Starbucks after class. She mentioned that her dad graduated from high-school in 1982 “which was a long time before you were born.” She of course got an “A”. I told my wife about it later. She didn't think it was so funny...

(Of course my student, born in 1996, probably thinks in 1982 dinosaurs roamed the earth... )
