Well, the fact that she's posting a "professional picture" complete with the ExtremeLadyboys web site logo STILL attached should certainly be an all-alarms warning bell. I mean, right off the bat you should be asking yourself two simple questions: "Why is this person who is professionally modeling on ExtremeLadyboys looking for a hook-up on Craigslist? And since that photo shoot most likely took place in either Thailand or the Philippines, what are the odds that she's here in (insert where you live) tonight?"

If nothing else, look at it this way -- IF it was really her, you would think she'd be able to send you lots of other pics with NO web label on them or she'd have personal pics ASIDE from a professional pic like that...or she'd be able to tell you about her modeling experience or other things to verify who she was...basically there would be all sorts of realistic tip offs as to who she really was. But the second she (or anyone) starts dragging it out (as this person did) with one word answers and whatnot, that should really make you realize it's all a scam.

So, Bionca's right -- be incredibly careful with Craiglist since it IS a well-known site for scammers and people looking for hook-ups using false pictures and information, not to mention there is an undercurrent of criminal activity that takes place there as well (case in point, Bionca's side story). Plus, I just saw a special on MSNBC the other day talking about how the police are now scouring Craigslist more than ever to bust people engaged in solicitation and to really clamp down on escort services. So you want to be careful about what you say or do for that reason as well.
