Yeah... I mean, really now guys. Do you know what other women "still" have narrow hips? Ballerinas. Gymnasts. Figure skaters. A couple of punk girls I know.
Trans girls can still look perfectly pretty with narrow hips, small or flat chests, and so on.
As for whether or not she's had genital reconstruction, oh well, her body, her choice. Hopefully she's happy with it, since it seemed like something she's always wanted.
