I teach at a university that has fraternities and sororities and where hazing is strictly forbidden. I am absolutely positive, however, that were I to encounter Carmen Moore as a student flashing these panties, I would oblige her (I assume that the third picture is the type of hazing she would be looking for) and plead guilty with pleasure at the hearing that results in my dismissal from the faculty.
