as for remedies there are ..........
Pharmacy medicine like 'Proctosedyl' ointment
Herbal Creams like 'Hamamelis' (witch hazel) made by Martin & Pleasance
try to have a 'high fibre' food (bran) intake to make your 'stools' soft
and apply witch hazel ointment to stop itchiness (may burn a little)
