I don?t know how many others here are really into working out but I have been into weights and fitness since I was about 12 or 13. I just turned 40 and feel awesome. I currently have a gym in my home with about 1500 lbs of free weights, machines, a bike, and treadmill.

The self-confidence that comes from being in shape, as well as the obvious physical benefits of exercise are very real.

Arnold was not too far off when he compared the ?pump? to ?coming.? The blood filling the muscles and the rush of endorphins is not unlike what happens during orgasm.

But I still like sex with a partner much more! :cool:

i work out 4 times a week... I love having a tight body!!

I've lifted for about 30 years.
Currently go 4/5 times a week.

my job keeps me pretty fit, to tired to go to the gym....

I'm the opposite- my job is the reason I need to work out. Sitting on my ass for 8-10 hours a day gets me out of shape

I updated my Avatar. My fianc?e took this a couple weeks ago. JohnDowe keeps asking these silly questions about being ?feared or respected.? Frankly I don?t worry about it too much? :cool:
