Gender change
 

I'm wondering if there is someone here that has gone thru a gender change. The surgery to create a female gentials is a complicated procedure and the fine tiny nerves can easily be damaged.

I know they use the skin from the scrotum to labia, taket all the inside of the penis away except the urethra and make the glans as the clitoris. Inserts a tube where the penis was inside the body and use the skin from the penis as inside skin walls.

Next part when stimulated release of sperms/cumshot like before and the prostate is intact so still prostate orgasms can be achieved.

Now to my curiosity.
How does it feel to be penetrated? Is it the same feeling at climax when you are coming? Does it feel good to be penetrated, I mean do you feel it like before?
