I assume you live in Oregon and therefore likely know the State much better than I do. Still, in my many vacations there I noted areas of Portland that I assume T-Girls might feel at home. You might go to Old Wives Tales (a restaurant close to downtown). It is very gay friendly and has an active bulletin board which would likely have posts of any public fora for transgendered persons. Otherwise the college and university towns - Eugene, Corvallis, Ashland.
