I don't know if this has been asked before,forgive me if it has.I was wondering how some LadyBoys seem to manage to have such massive testicles.i know,judging by their body size,slender shape and over all build,that a lot must have had penis extension/thickening surgery ( 5 foot, 7 stone with a 10'' cock:yes::innocent:).but i am perplexed,at how the same demure LadyBoys,can also seem to have equally big testicles.can anyone help me out with this.i do have a theory that they may have had some form of testicle surgery,but i don't know if that is possible at present in surgery operations.
If it is surgery,does anyone know where they get it all done?
