Without too much thought, here are 5 endings I really like.

1. Planet of the Apes
2. The Sixth Sense
3. Ferris Bueller's Day Off
4. The Quiet Earth
5. The Wizard of Oz

also: Casablanca, Napoleon Dynamite, Some Like it Hot and Raiders of
the Lost Ark. (and "Shawshank" was great!) There are so many!

Ok here's my top 5
1. LotR- Return of the King
2. Rosemary's Baby
3. The Departed
4. Dawn of the Dead (remake ... as the credits roll)
5. Star Wars - Return of the Jedi (original)
